Stephen Doiron
President
Stephen Doiron is founder and President of Change Management Professionals Inc. (CMP).
Stephen has 20+ years of coaching and consulting experience, including 14 years coaching, consulting and change management leadership in senior operations management roles with RBC’s Atlantic Region. His responsibilities provided exposure to several unique work environments and critical involvement in a variety of broad based national strategic and organizational change initiatives.
Stephen has extensive training and experience in Performance Management Coaching, Change Leadership Consulting, Business Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, People Management, Negotiations and Sales Management.
As President of Change Management Professionals since 2000, Stephen has provided individual coaching and support to business owners, organizations and their leadership teams in many industry sectors. In addition, he has successfully coached over 350 individuals from a variety of industry sectors on all aspects of career transition.
Stephen has served as a Director and Board Chairperson of a public company, (Innovative Properties Inc. - INR - TSXV) from 2005-2008, where he led the transition of that organization to new leadership. He is a member of the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia (HRANS) and has served as a Volunteer Coach with the Halifax NS chapter of Dale Carnegie.
During his successful career, Stephen received a number of awards, some of which include:
- Top corporate performance award for critical change leadership role in national pilot implementation of RBC’s then largest sales and service process improvement initiative, 1998
- Featured in “Interest Magazine,” a national publication, in 1997, described as an individual with superior coaching, mentoring and change management leadership skills.
- Atlantic District “Special Achievement” award for creating, designing and implementing an innovative sales officer relief training program which maximized capacity and improved sales, 1996
- Received Atlantic District “Special Achievement” award in 1994 for critical leadership role in a unique and time sensitive integration project involving a sales outlet purchased from a competitor.
Stephen’s encouraging approach with clients is results centered. By gaining trust and confidence, he directs and guides clients to visualize, describe and quantify the tangible goals they are seeking. He stimulates in them a desire and enduring commitment to take the action necessary for realizing the change and success they want.
